As a Project Manager at Loxala, you will oversee and coordinate multiple cross-functional projects that drive our platform forward. You will work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure execution is seamless, deadlines are met, and goals are achieved. Your role is critical in turning strategic vision into actionable results.

• Plan, organize, and manage SaaS and marketplace development projects from concept to delivery.
• Define project scopes, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate tasks between distributed teams (designers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders).
• Track progress using tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Facilitate clear communication between leadership and team members through regular updates and reports.
• Support documentation, process building, and continuous improvement of workflows.
• Ensure every project aligns with Loxala’s mission of clarity, trust, and global impact.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in SaaS, tech, or complex digital platforms.
• Strong skills in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams remotely.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity for diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies.
