We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in JavaScript, Meteor.js, Node.js, SQL, MongoDB, and WordPress. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications while ensuring reliability and security. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities to guide the development team and deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop modern web applications using JavaScript and Meteor.js.
• Develop back-end services with Node.js and integrate with MongoDB and SQL databases.
• Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, plugins, and integrations.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and code reviews.
• Work in an Agile environment, contributing to planning, estimation, and sprint reviews.
• Perform database design, optimization, and tuning for high performance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, frameworks, and technologies to continuously improve development processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proven expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and deep knowledge of the Meteor.js framework (mandatory).
• Strong Node.js skills for back-end development.
• Hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Experience with WordPress, including custom plugin development and API integrations.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud hosting environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and ensure secure deployments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of mentoring developers.
