We’re Hiring: Senior Manager – Guest Experience Digital Product Owner

Adecco is looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager – Guest Experience Digital Product Owner for a 24-month contract based in Dubai.

This role is at the heart of digital transformation and customer experience. You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for guest-facing digital products, ensuring seamless journeys across websites, mobile apps, kiosks, loyalty platforms, personalization tools, and omnichannel touchpoints.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision and roadmap for digital guest experience.
• Manage the product backlog, write user stories, and drive Agile delivery.
• Champion guest journey design, ensuring intuitive, accessible, and personalized experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align business and technology goals.
• Measure product performance and drive continuous improvements.

🔹 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience in digital product ownership/management, ideally in aviation or consumer-facing sectors.
• Hands-on experience with DXP platforms, CMS, CRM, omnichannel architecture, loyalty, and personalization engines.
• Product Owner certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe, Digital Product Management) are a strong plus.
• Solid background in Agile methodologies and stakeholder engagement.
