Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team and lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will play a strategic role in defining design standards, ensuring usability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process: research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final UI delivery.
- Translate complex business requirements into simple, elegant, and functional user experiences.
- Define and implement design systems, style guides, and UX best practices across products.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to align design solutions with strategic objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and user-centric design.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements.
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and UX/UI methodologies.
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and scalability in design decisions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web, mobile, and digital product designs.
- Proven expertise in user research, prototyping, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.
- Advanced skills in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with strategic and technical considerations.
