We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin & Listing Coordinator to join our real estate team in Dubai. The role involves providing administrative support, managing property listings, coordinating with agents, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with UAE real estate market standards. 


Key Responsibilities: 

Property Listings Create, update, and manage property listings across multiple online portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, company website, etc.). 

Ensure all property details (price, description, images, permits, and location) are accurate and up to date. 

Coordinate with agents and photographers for property photos and marketing materials. 


Administrative Support:

Handle day-to-day office administration tasks including documentation, filing, and correspondence. 

Prepare tenancy contracts, MOU, NOC, Form A, Form B, and other RERA-related documents. Maintain client and property databases. 

Track leads and inquiries, ensuring proper follow-up and reporting. 

Compliance & Coordination Ensure all property documents comply with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations. 

Liaise with property owners, developers, and tenants to collect necessary documents. 

Support management and sales team with reports, schedules, and coordination tasks.
