The Customer Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing and finalizing projects delivered to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, on-time delivery and alignment with business goals. The role acts as the main point of contact between the customer and Corvus during the project phase.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of projects from contract signing to customer acceptance
  • Lead the communication with project partners and customers
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet contract requirements and ensures customer satisfaction
  • Schedule and monitor project fieldwork
  • Effectively identify and manage project risks
  • Provide clear and timely reporting to project stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Gather feedback on project delivery and implement the lessons learned

Education And Behavioral Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with technical projects in engineering and/or manufacturing

settings.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar higher education in an Engineering or Technical discipline
  • Familiarity with Project Management principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to highlight issues, make decisions, and resolve conflicts

constructively

  • Collaborative mindset and a strong drive to solve problems alongside other team

members

  • Ability to develop relationships with partners and customers that foster long term

business relationships

  • Drive and adaptability to fit in with a dynamic and growing company

Functional Skills

  • Experience from the marine sector
  • Experience from working with globally distributed project teams
  • Experience with international shipment of goods, including Incoterms
  • Commercial mind-set and know-how
  • Good contractual understanding
