WHO ARE YOU?

To Succeed In This Role We Think You Need

• Strong SQL skills to independently wrangle and prep data
• Experience visualising data for exploration and presentation (Tableau or similar)
• The ability to tell stories with data and make complex findings simple
• Experience collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders
• Solid business understanding to interpret insights in context
• A curious, collaborative, and proactive mindset
  
  

Experience With The Following Is a Plus

• Advanced analytics (Python or R)
• dbt Core (for modelling new datasets)
• Amplitude or similar tools
• Customer and user segmentation
• Behavioural and price analytics
  
  

You likely have several years of relevant experience and a degree in a related field, but a strong track record can outweigh formal education.

WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?

You’ll join our Jobs Insights & Analytics team of five analysts, working with massive datasets, from detailed transactions to billions of behavioural records. You’ll solve complex problems where experimentation and learning are part of our work, and you will have a toolkit including Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, and (if you wish) Python or R in your IDE of choice.

Some Examples Of Insights Initiatives You Might Work On

• Analyse how our new AI search impacts user engagement
• Investigate customer retention and churn, presenting findings and strategies to management
• Design and evaluate experiments (e.g. pricing tests) and share results across the organisation
• Collaborate with developers to collect and model new data in Snowflake
• Assess the performance of visibility products and visualise their value in striking ways that showcase their effectiveness
