About the Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our platform operations—designing scalable infrastructure, automating deployments, and ensuring observability and security compliance across the board. Your work will directly impact the speed, reliability, and quality of our product delivery.

What you’ll be doing

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS & Google Cloud)
  • Manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS) and Helm-based deployments for high availability and performance
  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt)
  • Implement monitoring, observability, and incident response processes (Datadog, post-mortems)
  • Support compliance (SOC 2) and infrastructure security best practices
  • Collaborate with developers to streamline deployments and troubleshoot effectively


What We’re Looking For

You’re a systems thinker who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You care about clean automation, secure infrastructure, and building systems that last.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering with strong AWS or Google Cloud expertise
  • Deep knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS) and Helm for container orchestration and deployments
  • Proven experience with CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt), and scripting (Python, Bash, JavaScript/TypeScript)
  • Strong background in observability, incident response, and security/compliance (SOC 2)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for clear internal processes
  • Experience with Jamf or similar MDM solutions is a plus
