Agilus is recruiting for a Agile Coach - AI Digital Transformation in the Financial Services in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario.

Play a key role in advancing agile maturity for delivery pods in a complex financial services program, mentoring teams and leaders in applying agile practices effectively.

A Typical Day

• Mentor Scrum Masters and delivery teams.
• Guide pods in balancing agile delivery with regulatory requirements.
• Foster consistency and continuous improvement across teams.
• Support documentation and compliance for delivery governance.
  
  

Successful Candidates Will Have

• 8+ years’ experience as an Agile Coach or senior Scrum Master.
• Background in agile delivery within financial services.
• Ability to tailor agile practices to regulated environments.
• Experience working with multiple pods or cross-functional teams.
  
  

Soft Skills

• Hands-on, delivery-focused coach.
• Effective communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Pragmatic and adaptable, not overly theoretical.
