Play a key role in advancing agile maturity for delivery pods in a complex financial services program, mentoring teams and leaders in applying agile practices effectively.
A Typical Day
- Mentor Scrum Masters and delivery teams.
- Guide pods in balancing agile delivery with regulatory requirements.
- Foster consistency and continuous improvement across teams.
- Support documentation and compliance for delivery governance.
- 8+ years’ experience as an Agile Coach or senior Scrum Master.
- Background in agile delivery within financial services.
- Ability to tailor agile practices to regulated environments.
- Experience working with multiple pods or cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on, delivery-focused coach.
- Effective communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Pragmatic and adaptable, not overly theoretical.
