Adapt Talent are closely partnered with a Blockchain/AI startup who have raised just under $20m in seed funding, led by industry leading Web3 VC's. They specialize in premium AI training data through expert-validated workflows and are building a blockchain-powered platform that revolutionizes human-AI collaboration at scale.

Salary: Open and negotiable for the right person, but initially targeting around $150k-200k base + equity

Location: Remote (NYC preference or Bay Area as a preference)

Mission: Shape how the world sees this category-defining brand in AI infrastructure and web3-powered data economies

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive brand positioning and messaging across all external touchpoints
• Secure coverage in leading tech, crypto, and AI media outlets
• Cultivate relationships with journalists, thought leaders, and industry partners
• Create compelling content including announcements, interviews, and strategic pieces
• Develop communication strategies for major milestones and market events

Required:

• 6+ years in communications with including in a Web3 startup and ideally an agency background
• Proven success securing high-impact media placements
• Outstanding writing ability - distilling complex concepts into clear, engaging stories
• Strong knowledge of emerging tech sectors including blockchain and AI

Bonus:

• Experience with crypto-native social strategies/token launch comms
• Background in ecosystem marketing or community building
