Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple large-scale projects and programs within our Process Excellence and Technology Services division. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, mentoring junior PMs, and driving strategic initiatives from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple or large-scale projects and programs with high visibility and complexity
  • Mentor, train, and oversee less senior project managers
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical architects, developers, database administrators, DevOps engineers, and support analysts
  • Facilitate executive-level communication with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and define project requirements
  • Oversee implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, and training
  • Ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope constraints
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery and operational processes

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer experience software platforms
  • Familiarity with enterprise environments and large-scale deployments
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an asset

Benefits

  • Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 40 hours weeks working onsite up to 5 days a week
  • Location: Toronto, ON
  • Type of job: Temporary Contractor
  • Date candidate required: Immediate
  • Length of Contract: 12 months with the possibility of extension
