We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Boomi-Enterprise Integration team.
Key Requirements for the Role:
Technical and PMO Experience:
- The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and PMO experience to effectively navigate and hold discussions with both the internal team and customers
- They should be able to understand technical tasks and communicate them clearly to stakeholders
- The candidate should have managed at least two full-fledged implementation projects from start to finish
- They should have experience leading a team of 4-5 individuals and ensuring successful project delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Problem-solving skills to address project challenges proactively
- The role will involve working closely with both technical teams and customers, so the candidate should be comfortable bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders
- Experience in managing implementation projects (e.g., software, systems, or process implementations) is a must
- Managing integration projects will be plus
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology or related field
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in project management, implementation/integration experience
