Overview:
The Chief Information & Digital Officer is responsible for shaping and leading the organisation’s technology vision and digital strategy. This role drives innovation and business growth by harnessing emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Quantum Computing, and Green Computing, while ensuring robust ICT operations that align with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the organisation’s overall technology and digital strategy.
- Lead innovation initiatives in AI, Quantum Computing, Green Computing, and other emerging technologies to create competitive advantage.
- Oversee ICT operations to ensure efficiency, security, and reliability across all systems.
- Align technology initiatives with business objectives to drive growth and transformation.
- Foster collaboration between business units and technology teams to enable digital adoption and innovation.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies that enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience.
- Establish governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks for technology operations.
- Represent the organisation in technology-related partnerships, alliances, and external forums.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven track record in technology leadership at senior management or C-suite level.
- Strong background in IT strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience in emerging technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and sustainable (green) computing.
- Deep understanding of ICT operations, governance, risk, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
