- Perform cybersecurity analysis essential to TWC’s mission, focusing on risk and internal controls of IT networks.

- Conduct advanced systems analysis and oversee one or more concurrent IT projects.
- Execute key components of audits, including critical technology functions, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, risk management, application, and third-party management.
- Perform risk assessments on business units and technology operations; design and execute audit procedures to verify effectiveness of controls.
- Identify and define security issues, analyze evidence, and document client processes and procedures.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships during engagements.
- Communicate findings and audit progress to management and team members through written reports and oral presentations.
- Prepare clear, organized, and thorough documentation supporting audit work.
- Prioritize and plan own work activities; manage multiple priorities and tasks to deliver quality results.
- Perform engagement administration, including tracking hours and budgets.
- Understand the broader context and implications (financial, legal, reputational) of risk affecting business and technology.
- Support client expectations and experiences throughout the engagement.
- Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience conducting system-level risk assessments and evaluating threats, vulnerabilities, and impacts.
- Experience developing and maintaining System Security Plans (SSPs).
- Ability to manage multiple risk and compliance deliverables, and track audit updates, deadlines, and documentation.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity analysis, auditing, risk management, and client relations.
- Public sector and client department (e.g., Health/Human Services) experience preferred.
