The role:
We are recruiting for a Coordinator to join our Doha office. The Coordinator is responsible for supporting the immigration program for our clients by planning, organizing, and executing administrative processes that ensure a smooth and compliant immigration service. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global company and work with immigration professionals across the world.
What your day will look like:
- Prepare application forms required by the government for immigration processes
- Liaise with clients and assignees as required
- Collect and collate documents for application submissions
- Create and maintain client case records in the case management system
- Accurately enter client data (company, employees, dependants) and track case progress
- Record and monitor expiration dates of visas, IDs, and passports
- Scan and upload all client documents
- Coordinate collection and delivery of documents to and from client offices and government entities
- Prepare task sheets based on consultant instructions and manage handover/return of documents
- Assist consultants with research on immigration processes
- Generate client reports including tailored reports as needed
- Support other ad hoc administrative needs
You will be part of the Doha inbound team, supporting consultants and managers in delivering high-quality immigration services for multinational and local clients. The team is collaborative, client-focused, and works in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and reliability are highly valued.
What we are looking for:
Essential criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access (or similar software)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- High attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self-motivated, proactive and professional in demeanor
- Previous knowledge of Qatar immigration regulations
- Prior experience supporting an HR immigration function in a multinational or reputable local company in Qatar and/or the Middle East
