Job Opportunity – Subject Matter Expert (People Analytics and Strategy)
Organization: Hamad Medical Corporation, Qatar
🎓 Education & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Application/Science, or Business Analytics, plus HR-related professional certification (e.g., HR Analytics, CIPD Level 5) mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in HR Analytics/Strategy, with at least 3 years in a specialist role focused on HR data analysis and/or strategy execution.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data on demographics, engagement, wellbeing, talent, and performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using advanced analytics and visualization tools.
- Support the execution and tracking of People Strategy and HR Transformation projects.
- Identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities to guide HR policies and decision-making.
- Deliver regular HR metrics and KPI reporting (e.g., turnover, engagement, workforce planning).
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, HICT, HRIS, and other teams for data accuracy and strategic alignment.
- Forecast workforce needs, skill gaps, and future talent requirements.
- Design, conduct, and analyze employee engagement and pulse surveys.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
- Research and recommend new HR analytics tools and best practices.
- Prepare reports, executive summaries, and strategic updates for senior leadership.
- Perform other duties as required.
