Job Opportunity – Subject Matter Expert (People Analytics and Strategy)


Organization: Hamad Medical Corporation, Qatar


🎓 Education & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Application/Science, or Business Analytics, plus HR-related professional certification (e.g., HR Analytics, CIPD Level 5) mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in HR Analytics/Strategy, with at least 3 years in a specialist role focused on HR data analysis and/or strategy execution.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data on demographics, engagement, wellbeing, talent, and performance.
  2. Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using advanced analytics and visualization tools.
  3. Support the execution and tracking of People Strategy and HR Transformation projects.
  4. Identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities to guide HR policies and decision-making.
  5. Deliver regular HR metrics and KPI reporting (e.g., turnover, engagement, workforce planning).
  6. Collaborate with HR, Finance, HICT, HRIS, and other teams for data accuracy and strategic alignment.
  7. Forecast workforce needs, skill gaps, and future talent requirements.
  8. Design, conduct, and analyze employee engagement and pulse surveys.
  9. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
  10. Research and recommend new HR analytics tools and best practices.
  11. Prepare reports, executive summaries, and strategic updates for senior leadership.
  12. Perform other duties as required.
