- Writing concise, clear and product/service related content, identifying possible improvements and suggesting ways to improve it;
- Consulting copywriters on technical issues related to the creation of expert content;
- Revising the terms of reference, adding a recommended structure and key technical aspects to be emphasized;
- Collaboration with full-time and part-time company experts to gather information necessary for further content development;
- Assistance in completing user profiles and content guidance;
- Researching unknown topics, analyzing them and identifying reliable sources for references;
