We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will lead requirements management and business process reviews end-to-end for the Retail Mobile Banking (RMB) project. This role focuses on identifying operational, financial, and technological risks, as well as uncovering opportunities to improve efficiency.
This is you
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on the banking or financial services sector;
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end requirements lifecycle and process reviews;
- Experience working on large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders;
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills;
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and risk identification capabilities;
- English – Upper-intermediate and higher.
- Familiarity with modern application architectures, including microapp/microservices preferred;
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or related field; relevant certifications a plus.
- Define, establish, and maintain requirements management processes for the RMB revamp project;
- Review and analyze end-to-end business processes to identify risks and improvement areas across domain;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document detailed business and functional requirements;
- Lead and mentor other Business Analysts;
- Support the microapp architecture transformation by identifying process and requirements dependencies;
- Ensure compliance with banking standards and regulatory requirements.
