This is the job

We’re seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the development of a Clinical Resource Assessment Toolkit. This role focuses on preparing and visualizing data to support proposal generation and clinical study planning. You’ll work closely with data engineers and stakeholders to ensure outputs are clear, consistent, and interactive.

This is you

• Proven 5+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization
• Strong proficiency in Python, especially with visualization libraries (e.g., matplotlib, plotly)
• Experience preparing and transforming data for visual consumption
• Familiarity with Databricks and PySpark workflows
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate data into actionable insights
• Understanding of clinical study data or operational planning (or willingness to learn)
  
  

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with healthcare or life sciences data
  
  

This is your role

• Prepare and transform data for visualization within the toolkit
• Build interactive visualizations to support clinical planning
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders on output formats
• Ensure consistency and clarity in visual outputs
• Contribute to reusable components and documentation
