What You’ll Do
- Create high-quality motion graphics, ads, and promotional videos for mobile games using Adobe Creative Suite
- Conceptualize and execute marketing creatives based on market trends, player insights, and performance data.
- Capture and edit in-game footage from Unity projects to produce compelling ad content.
- Design and integrate 3D assets into marketing materials, from modeling to rendering and compositing.
- Script, storyboard, and direct short-form creatives with a focus on storytelling and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with mobile gaming and advertising trends, proactively suggesting new campaign ideas.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while ensuring creative quality and performance impact.
- Collaborate closely with UA, Product, and Design teams to deliver top-performing creatives that drive measurable results.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in Unity Motion Design in the gaming industry.
- Skilled in Unity for opening projects, setting up scenes, implementing new characters and capturing high-quality in-game footage.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), with a proven ability to craft engaging, story-driven creatives that align with market trends and performance goals.
- Comfortable with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) to create simple models, render assets (PNG/MOV), and integrate 3D elements into After Effects projects.
- Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills, with a deep understanding of short-form narrative flow and market-proven ad strategies.
- Highly creative thinker with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving mobile gaming trends.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership — from concept through delivery.
- Excellent time-management skills, balancing speed and quality under tight deadlines in a startup-like, fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, consistency, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (UA, Design, Product).
