Job Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Product Owner, experienced in fintech, ready to achieve goals according to the company's strategy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Working with feature team's backlog
  • prioritise product tasks (User Stories, Autotests, Bugs, Feature toggles, SS)
  • monitor product and feature team delivery and scrum metrics
  • Preparing epics
  • collect and challenge requirements
  • create USM/User flow
  • create ACs and USs
  • create tasks for translation team (without proofreading)
  • get approvals from involved domains
  • refine tasks with feature team
  • define scope of sprints
  • Attending product and feature team meetings
  • Supporting development
    • help team with any questions
    • accept USs
    • Releasing features and USs
    • get approvals for release
    • create task for release
    • test on production
    • Preparing Post analysis
    • monitor metrics
    • create dashboards and reports or request DMs for this
    • Initiating ideas
    • create, validate and facilitate ideas

    Requirements

    • 2+ years in financial products, financial markets, betting
    • 1+ years in product manegement will be a plus
    • good communication and collaboration skills
    • knowledge of user-centered design
    • basic technical understanding
    • analytical and problem solving skills
    • Agile/Scrum frameworks knowledge
    • proficient in Google workplace tools, Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, OLAP/Kyubuit/ Power BI, Lucid
    • English B2+
