Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire IT department, including network infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, and helpdesk functions.

- Coordinate with other business units to identify technology needs and provide effective IT solutions.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with a strong foundation in networking and system administration.
- Proven experience in a leadership or IT management role.
- Hands-on expertise in managing network infrastructure, firewalls, servers (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, disaster recovery, and IT compliance standards.
- Experience in IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to balance technical and business needs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g, CCNP, MCSE, CISSP, ITIL, PMP)
