Role:Join our team as a front-end developer and put your creativity into action. You’ll bring strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills, along with experience in React or Vue, and knowledge of the latest AI technologies, to craft engaging, user-friendly websites. With CMS expertise and a proven track record across varied web projects, you’ll focus on delivering exceptional usability and driving conversion rate optimisation. What you'll be doing: Step into a role where every project expands your skills. You’ll work across e-commerce, m-commerce and cloud architecture, with training in cutting-edge technologies like Qwik. You’ll gain hands-on experience in our Storefront, Cart and Product Designer projects, and get involved in groundbreaking VR, AR, IoT and AI initiatives, shaping the future of digital experiences. Technical Skills:

  • HTML, CSS & JavaScript Expertise – Over 3 years’ coding experience in XHTML, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (ideally 5+ years).
  • JavaScript & Frameworks – Strong JavaScript skills with Node.js experience. Minimum 2 years’ experience in either Vue or React (essential).
  • Next.js – Experience preferable.
  • Responsive Interfaces – Minimum 3 years’ experience building responsive, cross-device interfaces.
  • Tailwind CSS – Practical experience in production environments.
  • Code Quality – Ability to create robust, scalable and highly maintainable code.
  • Full-Stack Solutions – Experience delivering end-to-end web solutions.
  • AI-Driven Development – Applying AI tools, APIs and workflows to accelerate and enhance development, design, or testing processes – 6 months experience preferred.
  • AI Skills – Understanding of AI concepts, prompt engineering, and integrating AI-driven features into web applications.
  • Supabase – Experience preferable.
  • UX/UI Principles – Applying best practices for consistent, intuitive and user-focused styling.
  • Creative Execution – Ability to develop innovative ideas and deliver them effectively to the intended audience.
  • Determination – A single-minded drive to turn concepts into reality.
  • Communication – Clear and effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Version Control – Experience using code repository tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket.

Responsibilities:

  • Tailor user experiences to maximise conversion rates.
  • Bring designer concepts to life using Qwik and Tailwind.
  • Produce, modify and maintain website and web application user interfaces.
  • Create tools that enhance how users view and interact with our sites across all browsers.
  • Design, build and implement responsive layouts for mobile devices.
  • Contribute back-end expertise, collaborating on APIs and related functionality.
  • Develop SEO-friendly web interfaces and landing pages.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility for optimal user experiences.
  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing to optimise conversions.
  • Test pages and sites during development to identify usability issues and fix bugs.
  • Provide quality control and feedback on concepts and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion.
