A leading global player in sports betting, gaming, and interactive entertainment is seeking a Product Manager to join its Brazil team.

The Product Manager will be responsible for leading product strategy and driving the lifecycle of key B2C digital products from concept to launch.


This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional, international teams—including product, engineering, data, and commercial stakeholders—to deliver simple, innovative, and customer-centric experiences in a fast-paced environment.


This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to work from the Fara Lima, São Paulo office at least two days per week.


Key Responsibilities

  • Champion customer experience and embed a customer-first mindset throughout product development.
  • Define, prioritize, and deliver product initiatives, managing the full product lifecycle.
  • Support ideation, vision, strategy, and roadmaps for marketing-related initiatives and projects.
  • Create clear product specifications and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver on goals.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders, leveraging insights to inform decisions.
  • Mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth delivery across teams.
  • Track performance metrics (KPIs), ensuring product success and customer impact.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior product managers, engineering teams, and external partners.
  • Operate with a hands-on, startup mentality in a high-energy, agile environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–6 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in B2C environments.
  • Strong track record of ownership and delivering excellent customer-facing digital experiences.
  • Skilled in product strategy, customer feedback analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Background in engineering or MBA preferred.
  • Experienced in customer research, competitive analysis, requirements gathering, and product messaging.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken is mandatory); Portuguese a plus.
  • Ability to create and present wireframes, prototypes, and presentations.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work with international, cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Balance between detail-oriented execution and high-level strategic thinking.
  • Hands-on approach, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
