We’re looking for a Designer to drive design initiatives for AI-powered workflows, creating experiences that help users interact with and trust LLM-driven functionality. You’ll take ownership of the full design cycle, from concept and prototyping through to launch and ongoing iteration, while working closely with product squads to deliver tangible impact.
This role offers the chance to shape the future of an established TypeScript-based platform, contributing to new feature design in collaboration with engineering and data science teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead UX design activities across the lifecycle, from early ideation through to live improvements.
- Create seamless and intuitive user interactions with AI/LLM features, covering input flows, escalations, feedback, and explainability.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering partners to develop prototypes that align with real-world technical constraints.
- Define and refine interaction models for AI, such as review tools, control panels, and contextual suggestions.
- Conduct or support usability research to validate the adoption, usability, and effectiveness of AI features.
- Work within cross-functional squads to ensure solutions are user-friendly, trusted, and impactful.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in enterprise or workflow-heavy environments.
- Exposure to or interest in AI/LLM-enhanced user experiences.
- Familiarity with Java/TypeScript systems (advantageous).
- Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent), with confidence in presenting designs at varying levels of fidelity.
- Experience using tools such as Jira and Pendo to track work and measure outcomes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across product, data, and engineering teams.
