I’m working with a high-growth tech scale-up that’s redefining how businesses use AI-driven customer experiences. Backed by recent investment and with major enterprise clients already onboard, they’re now looking for their first dedicated UX/UI Designer to help shape the product as it scales across new sectors and markets.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join early, working directly with Product and Engineering, and to design AI-powered experiences that break traditional boundaries.
What you’ll be doing
- Translating product strategy and user insights into intuitive, innovative designs.
- Creating high-quality UI designs and assets in Figma, ready for engineering handoff.
- Breaking chatbot constraints to design smarter shopping and transactional flows.
- Ensuring design consistency while experimenting with fresh, creative ideas.
- Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver practical solutions.
- Supporting marketing with visual assets and communications when required.
What they’re looking for
- Strong UX/UI design skills with a sharp eye for visuals.
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools).
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable iterating quickly in a start-up environment.
- Curious and experimental, with a willingness to challenge conventional design norms.
- Collaborative and comfortable working across Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
Nice-to-haves include experience with conversational AI, e-commerce/automotive sectors, and exposure to basic front-end constraints.
