My client, a growing Fintech with ambitions and quality is looking for a UX/UI or Product Designer. The UX/UI or Product Designer will be responsible for creating and refining user interfaces, conducting user research, designing user flows, and creating prototypes. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the product development team, conducting usability tests, and iterating on design solutions based on user feedback. The role also involves updating design documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in UX/UI design, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and user-centred design principles
• Strong skills in product design, including creating user flows and interaction design
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Experience with AI or compliance-related software is a plus
