🕐 Contract Term: 6 months initially

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer / Tech Lead to join their team onsite in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in modern backend and infrastructure tools, while also demonstrating leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead the design and implementation of RESTful API strategies.
• Oversee and contribute to deployments within Kubernetes and AWS environments.
• Work with Kafka for data streaming and integration.
• Manage source control and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Ensure system performance and monitoring using New Relic and Splunk.
• Mentor and support other team members in technical growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and business teams.
• Define and ensure best practices for test strategies, including integration testing.
• Maintain a strong focus on API security, observability, and monitoring standards.

• Proven experience as a Senior Fullstack Developer / Tech Lead.
• Strong expertise in:

6. New Relic
7. Splunk

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience mentoring and guiding development teams.
