About Us

JET Charge is Australia’s leading EV charging tech company, building the infrastructure and software powering the nation’s shift to electric vehicles. From garages to highways, we make charging accessible, reliable, and future proof.

The Role

As a Product Designer in the Energy Management squad, you’ll join a Product Manager and a team of developers working on JET Charge’s most significant energy management initiative since launching our on-premise system, CORE.

You will simplify the complexities of powering large-scale EV charging infrastructure across commercial, government, and residential installations. This is a hands-on design role covering the entire product design spectrum: user research, personas, user flows, collaborative ideation, and crafting pixel-perfect designs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design intuitive, accessible user experiences from concept to pixel-perfect delivery
  • Translate technical and business requirements into seamless workflows
  • Turn complex data into clear, impactful visualisations
  • Collaborate with developers to build, test, and refine products
  • Contribute to and expand our design system

What You Bring

  • 5+ years’ Product Design experience (ideally B2B SaaS)
  • A portfolio showing user-centred, data-driven design work
  • Expertise in Figma and strong interaction/visual design skills
  • Experience with design systems and user research tools
  • Collaborative, detail-driven, and passionate about good design

Why Join Us?

At JET Charge, you’ll be part of a team shaping a once-in-a-generation industry shift. We offer:

  • Flexible work arrangements
  • Tailored career development opportunities
  • EV charging benefits
  • A values-driven, purpose-led culture focused on sustainability and equity
