About the role


Altrad are seeking a Project Coordinator for an on-site, project-based role located 30 minutes from the CBD. You will act as the main link between Altrad and the client, ensuring smooth communication, tracking project progress, and supporting timely delivery. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with industrial project experience and strong organisational skills.


Your day-today responsibilities to include;


  • Coordinate drawings, documentation, and material updates between all parties.
  • Provide structured progress updates to the client and Altrad management.
  • Support QA/QC processes, track outstanding items, and maintain quality records.
  • Prepare and issue meeting materials and minutes for daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.
  • Assist with delivery tracking, inspections, and warehouse/laydown management.
  • Monitor fabrication progress (pipe and steel) and escalate project issues as needed.


About you


  • 5+ years’ experience in project coordination or construction support on industrial projects.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including working with non-native English speakers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PDF editors, and project management software.
  • Technical (engineering/trade) background desirable.
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve project issues.
