Our team is expanding! We are in need of a seasoned, self-driven Senior AI Engineer to join us part-time. If you are an expert in taking ownership and solving complex problems with creativity and grit, you'll fit right in.

- Build the backbone systems that keep our AI running smooth and fast;
- Collaborate closely with our teams to turn ambitious ideas into reality;
- Drive projects from concept to launch, continuously improving and iterating;
- Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and creativity in a dynamic environment
- 5-10 years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in data engineering and 1+ year in AI;
- Expertise building scalable data pipelines and platforms (Spark, S3, Databricks, Snowflake);
- Proven experience designing and delivering AI systems, particularly RAG and memory-focused architectures;
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and techniques β foundation models, vector databases, prompt engineering, system evaluation;
- Strong knowledge of data architecture patterns (medallion, STAR), incremental ingestion, and data quality assurance;
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end and work independently;
- Ownership-driven mindset, eagerness to learn, adapt, and ship results quickly in a fast-paced environment
- A great sense of humor π
- Fully remote setup;
- Compensation in USD;
- Part-time probation (20 hours/week, Pacific Standard Timezone), then moving into full-time engagement;
