Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:
- Arbeit in einem agilen Scrum-Team zur Umsetzung von User-Stories
- Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Scrum-Terminen (Grooming, Estimation, Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospektive)
- Aktive Mitgestaltung der Sprints und Einarbeitung in bestehende Prozesse
- Eigenständige Umsetzung von Entwicklungsaufgaben
Qualifikationen:
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der PL/I-Entwicklung
- Erfahrung im Bankenumfeld von Vorteil
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit in agilen Entwicklungsteams
- Sicherer Umgang mit Jira und Confluence
- Fähigkeit zur schnellen Einarbeitung und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
