Digital UX Design:

  • Support UX-Design of Omnichannel strategy rollout
  • Project Ability to manage content iterations within the Omnichannel Framework
  • Proactive in managing content and ensuring that SLAs are adhered to
  • Optimization of emails – following template guidelines
  • Develop prototypes and mock-ups (low and high fidelity) of diverse electronic variants such as interactive presentations, and other marketing materials
  • Ensure consistency of brand and program identity throughout all stages of project execution and creative development
  • Proven experience with tools, techniques, software, knowledge of multiple media and apply them in developing creative outputs as required
  • Provide layouts for collateral materials while working closely with regional Linguistics group
  • Manage changes and updates in support of the content approval process


Ideal Profile:

  • Should possess 3-5 years of experience in UI/ UX Design specifically for online, mobile and responsive design, with experience in omnichannel delivery
  • Experience in responsive design for mobile OSes like iOS and Android
  • Understanding of how design translates to code (coding expertise & tagging)
  • Detail-oriented mind, well-organized, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong experience strategy skills and an eye for compelling digital storytelling
  • Educational Background – Graduate/Post-Graduate with relevant years of experience
  • Software Skill/Expertise – Adobe Photoshop; Adobe XD, Adobe Audience, Experience Manager, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Analytics & Adobe InDesign (latest version CS5 & above)
  • Good understanding and knowledge on CSS and CSS3 and HTML4/HTML5
  • Professional level of written and spoken English
  • Previous Pharmaceutical industry experience would be ideal, but not mandatory - must get up to speed quickly on PAAB code (external regulatory) layout requirements
  • Previous Omnichannel experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
