The role

We’re looking for a Senior Data & AI Engineer to lead the design and delivery of advanced AI solutions. his can pay up to €95000 + 13th month + excellent benefits. You’ll guide clients through complex digital transformations, architect scalable AI systems, and mentor junior team members while driving innovation and best practices.

Your impact

• Lead end-to-end Data & AI projects, translating business needs into technical solutions
• Design and implement scalable AI platforms, including LLMs, ML pipelines, and MLOps
• Advise clients on AI strategy and emerging technologies
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver high-quality solutions
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering technical excellence

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of experience in Data & AI solution delivery and team leadership
• Expertise in Python and experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Proven experience architecting scalable AI/ML solutions
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
