AI Data Scientist – Generative AI Focus

We are seeking a talented AI Data Scientist for our client, who possess a strong business mindset and deep expertise in Generative AI. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where analytical skills are applied to solve real business challenges.

Contract duration: 2 year contract.

Location: Brussels - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify high-impact use cases for Generative AI
• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions using internal and external data sources
• Extract and communicate insights from data to support decision-making
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues
• Monitor AI models for accuracy and address data drift and discrepancies
• Contribute to the development of a GenAI capability framework and internal best practices

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in AI/GenAI delivery, including POCs, pilots, and industrialization
• Strong knowledge of data science, including data wrangling, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
• Expertise in cloud platforms, especially Azure (Azure AI services, Azure ML, Databricks, Azure OpenAI)
• Familiarity with LLM libraries such as Langchain, LangGraph, Promptflow, Semantic Kernel, and Autogen
• Experience with LLMOps, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows, and monitoring tools like Weights & Biases
• Strong project management skills including collaboration, communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic oversight

Language requirements:

• Professional speaking and writing in skills in French, Dutch and English.
