About The Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished music producer to develop a sophisticated Neo soul project. The production aims to capture the organic, rich soundscape characteristic of classic Neo soul albums, emphasizing live instrumentation and authentic musical arrangements. This initial collaboration could evolve into an extended creative partnership.

Responsibilities:

• Guide the creative direction of the Neo soul production
• Arrange and produce tracks with live instrumental elements
• Coordinate and direct session musicians as needed
• Create sophisticated layering and texture in arrangements
