We are looking for a BI Analyst to join the Customer BI Team. The BI Analyst will work on driving insight across multiple areas of the business including Product and Commercial and will work in close collaboration with these teams to improve our products for our customers. The Customer BI Team is responsible for delivering insight and analysis to assist in the development of and implementation of improvement projects that would particularly benefit customer experience and drive operational efficiency.
What you`ll do
- Measure and analyse historical Flutter UK&I data and report on trends.
- Conduct research and analysis into the primary drivers of customer experience and product performance.
- Build and maintain reports/dashboards for various teams within the department, using a variety of BI tools.
- Assisting the team with completing ad-hoc insights requests from the business.
- The nature of this role requires frequent engagement with various teams across the business, good communication, influencing, analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills are critical to success in this role.
- Collaborate with multiple teams in the detailed analysis of large, complex datasets.
- Utilising web analytics data to identify customer difficulties or areas of improvement, to help shape how the customer interacts with our products.
- Measuring return on investment/impacts on changes made, turning the results into management information consumable by senior management (including Executive committee level).
- Become a specialist within the business on our products and the key customer journeys within said products.
- Experience in Data Analysis and insights.
- Formalised training or proven good experience in SQL.
- Experience in Business Intelligence or Management Intelligence.
- Experience using BI/Data Visualisation platforms (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Experience using Python or R is an advantage.
- Experience working with Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms a distinct advantage.
