This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Utilize advanced analysis tools and RAG vector stores to swiftly pinpoint, diagnose, and rectify product defects and bugs.
- Harness AI-driven development agents to conceptualize, create, and implement cutting-edge features for cloud-native applications.
- Work alongside a diverse global team dedicated to delivering top-notch, enterprise-level solutions.
- Repetitive Tasks: We minimize tedious infrastructure work, letting you focus on crafting innovative solutions.
- Excessive Meetings: Your coding skills are valued over meeting discussions, so expect more development time and fewer meetings.
- Develop and implement AI-enhanced features that streamline processes and equip service providers with groundbreaking tools.
- A minimum of 4 years in commercial software development, with expertise in production code for server-side web applications.
- Proficiency with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor, v0.dev); traditional ML engineers without LLM exposure need not apply.
- An eagerness to integrate GenAI into daily development tasks.
