About the Role: Business Analyst
As the Business Analyst, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy. This role requires a rare combination of analytical depth, technical expertise, and business acumen. You will be responsible for uncovering insights into user behavior, attribution, LTV, CAC, and product usage patterns — and turning them into growth-driving strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or financial/product/marketing analysis.
- Proven experience preparing analytical reports and presentations, with the ability to turn complex data into clear and compelling business storytelling for top management and non-technical teams.
- Strong background in factor analysis: ability to explain why revenue, margins, LTV, customer mix, or trip frequency have changed — not just with numbers, but logically and by segments; ability to build forecasts.
- Ability to independently build cohorts and customer segments from raw data — not only by date but also by complex logical conditions.
- Skilled in fast insight generation: connecting disparate datasets and quickly identifying business effects without relying solely on long A/B tests.
- Experience in digital businesses (e-commerce, SaaS, travel, fintech) or in financial consulting / Big4 is highly desirable.
- Strong data skills: advanced Excel, SQL (knowledge of Python and BI tools is a plus).
- Solid understanding of unit economics and ability to analyze it dynamically (by segment, country, product).
- A creative, proactive, and curious mind: able to dive deep into data, uncover patterns, build hypotheses, propose concrete actions, and clearly communicate insights to product, marketing, strategy, and data teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly analytics presentations with factor analysis: explain what drove changes in revenue and profitability across unit economics and customer segments.
- Identify growth opportunities in product, marketing channels, and pricing: analyze CAC, contribution, and retention by market, product, and channel.
- Build LTV/CAC models, situational funnels from first touch, and evaluate the effectiveness of channels and products.
- Forecast revenue considering seasonality, business drivers, and customer behavior; conduct factor analysis of deviations.
- Develop hypotheses, run scenario modeling, and propose improvements for product and loyalty programs.
- Contribute to the preparation of quarterly analytical reports for the board of directors.
