The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Job Description
Dynamic Yield, by Mastercard is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project and Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Sprint Planning and Management:
- Coordinate and manage sprint planning for development, QA, and graphic design teams.
- Lead daily sprint meetings, ensuring action items are tracked and completed.
- Manage out-of-sprint tasks, including unplanned use-cases, email, and landing page projects.
- Maintain and manage team-related tools such as JIRA, BrowserStack, Postman, SendGrid, and more.
- Oversee the onboarding of new tools, ensuring seamless integration and adoption by the team.
- Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of these tools.
- Ensure all tasks and projects are accurately tracked and updated in JIRA.
- Implement best practices for JIRA usage and provide ongoing support to team members.
- Scope and manage internal projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are achieved on time.
- Act as a liaison between the developer team and product team, facilitating the creation of out-of-the-box templates and plugins.
- Coordinate developer involvement in customer calls and manage longer-term projects where development occurs in customer external code repositories.
- Assist in the development and implementation of processes to improve team efficiency and project delivery.
- Identify areas for process improvement and work with stakeholders to implement changes.
- Bachelor's degree in information technologies or related fields is an advantage.
- Proven experience in project management in a technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and sprint management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Advantage - Proficiency in JIRA, BrowserStack, Postman, SendGrid, and other project management and technical tools.
- Gross monthly salary base range 1900-2200 EUR
- Quarterly performance bonuses
