Main Responsabilities
- Take charge of operational activities across sales, marketing, and retention to ensure integration and efficiency
- Manage and optimize Salesforce and related tools to improve data flow, focusing on enhancing integrations and automating processes
- Maintain and organize CRM data to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of customer interactions across all stages of the customer journey
- Identify inefficiencies in current operations and implement solutions to enhance overall operational effectiveness
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and retention teams to align strategies and operations, supporting the company's go-to-market efforts
- 1+ year of experience in operations related to sales, marketing, or retention
- Basic understanding of and exposure to CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, capability to understand data structures and relationships
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details to non-technical stakeholders
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and implement creative solutions
- Basic knowledge of any sales and marketing tools (such as HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, Mailchimp, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, n8n, or similar platforms) is a big advantage
- Hands-on experience building simple automations. Curiosity about learning automation tools like Salesforce Flow and API-driven workflows
- Understanding of fundamental sales metrics and KPIs
- Gross salary range: 2600 - 42000 gross
