We are seeking a Project Management Officer (PM Officer) to join our team and support the Head of PMO in delivering renewable energy projects. This role is central to ensuring strong project governance, consistent management practices, and transparent performance monitoring across our portfolio. By providing both strategic and operational support, the PM Officer helps drive efficiency, align execution with organizational goals, and enable informed decision-making at every level.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Supporting the development and enforcement of PMO methodologies, tools, and governance standards
- Monitoring project performance across timelines, budgets, and risks, providing hands-on support to project managers
- Preparing and analyze portfolio reports, dashboards, and KPIs to enable informed decision-making
- Assisting with resource planning, capacity management, and optimization across projects
- Acting as deputy to the Head of PMO, fostering stakeholder engagement and driving continuous improvement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles, ideally within the energy or infrastructure sectors
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, while working independently when needed
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of working across diverse teams and cultures
- To take part in an unfolding energy transformation process to create a 100% green and secure energy ecosystem for both current and future generations
- International team that is working on dynamic renewable energy projects
