Introduction
AMZ Bees is a high growth business with a close team of highly motivated specialists with a common mission. We provide full-service Amazon account management to busy e-commerce entrepreneurs. We take care of the e-commerce health of their organizations. They take care of other important aspects of their business and life.
Due to significant demand, we are anticipating exponential growth for the next few years and need to grow the team. We are hiring Technical Support Engineers who know their way around Amazon Seller Central and are ready to help scale brands.
Key Responsibilities
๐ Create and edit Amazon product listings.
๐ Communicate with Amazon support in English โ both written and spoken.
๐ Open and track support cases with Amazon Seller/Brand Support and follow up until resolution.
๐ Troubleshoot and correct catalog issues using MS Excel.
๐ Use Excel-based bulk upload templates (flat files) to create, update, or fix product data across multiple SKUs.
๐ Perform other related tasks to support the technical account operations.
Requirements
๐ Proactive and Dedicated: Youโre proactive and dedicated to your projects, far beyond the typical clock-in-clock-out mindset.
๐ Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Lithuanian, written and spoken, to convey ideas and collaborate with the team.
๐ Strong ability to absorb new information quickly.
๐ Detail-oriented and responsible approach to work.
๐ Proficiency with MS Excel.
๐ Strong logical thinking and problem-solving โ important when navigating Amazonโs backend and resolving catalog issues.
๐ Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks.

Salary
800 - 1500+ Eur/month Net
