Sales-Lentz is looking for a Business Analyst – Operations to strengthen decision-making and drive operational efficiency.
In this role, you will act as the link between business teams, IT, and leadership—combining process analysis with data-driven insights. By leveraging reporting tools such as Power BI, you will transform raw data into actionable recommendations and directly shape how we operate. This is a strategic role focused on analysis, process improvement, and coordination rather than line management.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyse operational processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Collect, consolidate, and interpret operational data to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Design, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reports (Power BI or equivalent) to monitor KPIs and provide leadership with real-time insights.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for projects and system enhancements.
- Support transformation initiatives by aligning business needs with digitalisation and automation efforts.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to capture requirements and strengthen cross-departmental collaboration.
- Provide regular recommendations and insights to leadership, supported by robust data analysis and process understanding.
- 4–5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or performance management.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven expertise in reporting/visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL is an advantage.
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data and processes into clear insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English (German or Luxembourgish is an advantage).
