Job Title: Reporting & Service Improvement Analyst

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver high-quality service management reports and drive data-based service improvements, relieving .

Responsibilities:

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze service performance data from Freshservice and other IT sources.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports for senior management (incidents, SLAs, trends, root causes).
• Identify recurring issues and propose service improvement actions.
• Automate reporting processes wherever possible (Power BI, Tableau, Freshservice analytics).
• Support CIO office in preparing executive updates and presentations.

Profile:

• 3–6 years in IT service management / reporting / business analysis.
• Strong data handling and visualization skills (Power BI, Excel, SQL).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
• Analytical mindset, able to challenge raw data and generate insights.
