Join our team as Senior AS400 Developer – Team Leadership (f/m/d)

Are you ready to lead technical teams and contribute to critical logistics and transport projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment? 🌍

We’re looking for a Senior AS400 Developer with strong experience in RPG, CL and DB2, capable of coordinating technical teams and ensuring high-quality deliveries in hybrid environments.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

✨ Develop and maintain applications in AS400 (RPG, CL, DB2).

✨ Coordinate and lead technical teams, promoting development best practices.

✨ Participate in the definition of technical solutions and functional requirements analysis.

✨ Ensure delivery deadlines and quality standards are met.

✨ Support incident management and escalation processes.

✨ Collaborate with functional and technical teams in logistics and transport projects.

✨ Apply Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, in development and maintenance contexts.

📌 Key Skills:

✅ Proven experience in AS400 development (minimum 6 years).

✅ Experience in team leadership and coordination.

✅ Deep knowledge of logistics and transport processes and tools.

✅ Practical experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum (Daily, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Reviews).

✅ Good command of Spanish (spoken and written).

✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills.

✅ Fluency in Portuguese and technical English.

🎁 Nice to Have:

🌟 Experience with cut-off processes in AS400 environments.

🌟 Knowledge of GEODE (WMS) and SID (logistics integration systems).

🌟 Experience in outsourcing environments and supplier management.

🌟 Familiarity with containerization and service orchestration.

🌟 Knowledge of ESQL, Java, PL/SQL, .NET, PHP, HTML, T-SQL, SQLPL, DataWeave, JavaScript, Groovy.

🌟 Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.

🌟 Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, including design and management.

🌟 Experience with data exchange standards like EDI, XML, X12, JSON.
