UX/UI Designer
to join our team and help us create innovative and user-friendly digital experiences. We provide cutting-edge solutions in UX/UI design, software development, and IT leadership, helping businesses optimize their digital strategies while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Designing user-centered UX/UI concepts for our software solutions
Conducting user research and usability testing to optimize the user experience
Collaborating closely with development teams to implement designs
Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Ensuring compliance with design standards and guidelines
Must Haves
Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
Several years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in regulated industries
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
Knowledge of modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
Creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills
Nice to have
German is an advantage
