Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations. If you enjoy the thrill of the challenges that Digital Transformation and Energy Transition bring to companies, this project may be interesting to you. Here you will be able to work with the development of personalized services and end-to-end solutions. We are looking for an AI Engineer for a long term role in this hybrid project in Lisbon. Requirements: - MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields; - Minimum of 2 years of experience in data science or related roles; - Strong foundations in mathematics, statistics, and machine learning NLP and curating Text Datasets; - Proficiency in Python and ML and DL packages, such as PyTorch, NumPy, Scikit-Learn; - Some experience in NLP tasks, such as Text Classification, NER and Information Retrieval; - Some experience working with LLMs, in particular prompt engineering; - Hands-on experience in coding solutions on realistic data analytics applications; - Fluency in Portuguese and English; - Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus; - Experience with Agentic Frameworks (e.g. LangGraph) is a plus; - Knowledge of MLOps practices is a plus What you can expect from us: - Health insurance; - A personalized training plan, with a budget to spend on the training and technical books you find necessary; - Constant feedback so you can grow professionally; - Remote onboarding process; - Team events every semester so you can live new adventures; - Exclusive discounts and offers from our partners; - Culture of proximity and transparency.
