DesignRush is seeking a Content Project Manager to lead production workflows, optimize team efficiency, and ensure seamless coordination across departments. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in project management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage and communicate effectively with a large team while overseeing multiple tasks and maintaining high editorial standards.

Requirements:


  • Able to work during EST/EDT hours
  • Near-native English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across a large team
  • 3+ years of experience in content operations management, editorial coordination, or related roles
  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating large teams, ensuring seamless communication, accountability, and alignment on goals
  • Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools
  • Strong knowledge of content tracking, process management, and task coordination
  • Experience in collaborating with editorial, marketing, and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a positive, structured, and high-performing work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions
  • Ability to set and enforce deadlines, ensuring timely content delivery
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Google Sheets, and other documentation tools
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for optimizing workflows and improving team efficiency
  • Familiarity with AI tools for research, ideation, and workflow automation


Responsibilities:


Task & Workflow Management

  • Manage content tasks in ClickUp, ensuring accurate tracking and updates.
  • Monitor progress, coordinate with teams, and communicate updates.
  • Maintain tracking sheets for published articles, experiments, and performance metrics.


Project & Process Management

  • Organize and update project briefs, documentation, and workflows in ClickUp, Intranet, and SharePoint.
  • Assign tasks, set clear deadlines, and conduct weekly goal-setting and mid-week check-ins with editors.
  • Ensure timely content delivery, proactively addressing delays with solutions.
  • Use AI tools and agents to improve processes, workflow, and reports.


Collaboration & Reporting

  • Serve as the main point of contact for project managers and department heads to align content tasks with business objectives.
  • Track content targets, provide bi-weekly reports, and identify areas for improvement.


PTO & Contingency Planning

  • Manage team PTO schedules and implement contingency plans to maintain content production.
