As Product Manager, you will drive the success of our product portfolio, leading strategic marketing initiatives and ensuring our solutions reach healthcare professionals and patients worldwide.
Your main missions will be the following:
- Lead product launches and marketing campaigns across international markets.
- Shape product strategies in collaboration with R&D, sales, and regulatory teams.
- Drive execution of marketing activities including communications, campaigns, events, and congresses.
- Deliver training sessions to empower sales teams and strengthen product expertise.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance indicators to ensure sustainable growth.
- Build strong partnerships with KOLs and represent the company at key congresses.
You will work closely with:
Internal: Marketing, Sales, R&D, Regulatory, Finance, Training, and Administration teams.
External: Partners, service providers, networks, KOLs, and creative/advertising agencies.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION:
Must-Have:
- Higher education degree in Marketing and/or Science (Pharmacist, Engineer, or Master’s degree).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluent English.
- Strong project management and analytical skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nice-to-Have:
- Dual degree in Marketing and Science.
- Knowledge of healthcare product advertising regulations.
- Experience participating in seminars, marketing plans, and business reviews.
